elite perks, 2x mystery crate

elites need more perks end of. we lost pour free promo key, now all we have is ability to edit armour stands, gkits and elit ekey every 7 days. not enough features for 180 dollars. wel also lost 2x on voting so we need more perks. but firstly lets get 2x on mystery crate from /cow

Honestly, given that the ranks are cheaper now, that seems like a reasonable decision. Maybe for old elites this could be added, though.
