I should be unbanned because the Manacube infractions website says I don't have any infractions or anything.

this is not the correct place to be appealing bans. you can appeal it here instead. a manaray anticheat ban means that you have been permanently local banned on whatever server it was on (factions) for hacking. hope this helped.
