i always tought that geting gems is a bit slow i have voted 50- 60 times this month and after the wole month i only got 150 gems (because there was dubble reward for a wile) the thing is mabye another way of geting gems examples:
1- each number of blocks you pleace you get gems
2-submiting your plot could earn you some gems depending on how cool the build is, it cold be balanced by only giving gems for that once a week
3- geting graded over 6 gives you gems like 7- 1, 8- 2, 9- 3 and 10-5
4- 1 win in scrambbler = 1 gem
or any other ideas that will improve the server and the builds
