I have redeemed my grinder gkit and slayer gkit and it didnt give it to me. I would like to know when these will be fixed and will it give me my gkits back? Thank You!!!

They disable gkits at the start of new season or thats what they always have been doing

Your rank shouldn’t be removed. I’d suggest making a support ticket with the purchase ID so an admin can look into returning this for you.
