I’m fairly sure this has been reported already as it was a bug last season. /heal also removes effects such as implants and overload until you take the armour off and put it on again

/heal clears you of all potion effects, heals all your hearts and fill your hunger bar. If you were to use /heal, keep in mind that all potion effects (whether good or bad) will be cleared, that includes night vision. Not much of a bug, just do /nv again afterwards.
