Help meh plz

I have Vip+ on skywars, and Vip on every other server except for Kitpvp, Barebones, Islands, and Survival. Would I have to buy Vip then buy Vip+. Or just Vip+ for all servers. Also, on skywars, my friend is a Vip+ and has the options for the Wings Builder in trails. I can't press it and use it. I don't know why, might be because I got a rank upgrade on there.
