HELP!

HELP! I just mined my igs when I already had 12 in my inventory it said it stacked and I had 14 but then I exited my inventory and some igs dropped and it removed drops. It still said I had 14 but then I went to put them in my chest and they said it was only 2 so I lost 12 igs please help!
