I don't think you can actually remove the account without having an owner or staff member do it, but you can go on settings and make your account private and other stuff like that. I'd recommend contacting a staff member.
Um well you can like delete the email app that you have so you don't receive notifications and you can log out. Also you can log out of the forums and just not get back on.
