Why do you want to become staff?
I would like to be apart of the manacube staff team for a few reasons
First of all I really like playing Minecraft and survival in general with others and playing on a server is so much better but often times you will get people that ruin it for others and make the whole server and experience just boring and unenjoyable I would like to help stop this and ensure all players have a equally fun experience.
Second I have played during times I have seen not a lot of staff online and it gets pretty annoying for me if I need to report someone or get help with something normally I have to wait a while until a staff gets on or until someone in game can give me some help this is a job I except a helper do be doing mainly and I also just think there should be at least 1 staff on every once in a while.
Third I can commit a lot to the team I am good at communicating and working with others a skill I think all staff members on any game or server should have as it is a key thing you will be dealing with all the time I have also got good knowledge about Minecraft and about basic things and am very good at helping people as it is something I enjoy.
Lastly I really enjoy the server and being staff on really any game its something I have done many times before on different games and servers and its really enjoyable to me never gets boring never gets old its something I am seriously enjoying all the time and feel like I would be a amazing addition to the team.
How long have you played on ManaCube?
Well I started playing a year ago but quit not long after but recently came back
How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? Around about 20-30
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
Well I am very good at communicating with others and I am very good and handling stressful situations not only that but I feel I am good at team building and team work
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? I have been staff on many servers on many different games I have been staff on a few FiveM servers a few garry's mod servers and one or two Minecraft servers
What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
Well firstly I would say I have a very good solving attribute to help solve any issues a player has this is mainly due to my knowledge and playtime within manacube and Minecraft that could put me above other applicants that might not know as much or have as much time as me within the game.
Secondly as stated in my application already I have very good communication skills something that is heavily needed when being a staff member on a server as you are going to be talking and communicating with other staff members on problems or issues that arise regarding other players & server related matters or you may just be talking to other players and trying to help them with reports or anything else.
Thirdly I have a very good teamwork skill as once again stated before teamwork is needed for a staff member as it mixes hand and hand with communication as if you don't have good teamwork skills your gonna find it hard to work with others and communicate with them this is a skill I am very strong in and I can easily adjust to working with other people and also give assistance to other people I work with.
Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
Well I believe the role of a staff member on any server or game is to make the server enjoyable for all players by simply ensuring that all rule breakers and offenders are dealt with.
Another thing a staff member should be doing is making sure they can help anyone when they request it no matter what the question is.
Thirdly I think that a staff member should be there to drop their in game things and go help someone when its needed or at least that is something I would do and think you should do.
And lastly I think all staff should just make the server feel safe and welcoming to new players and returning players.
Are you able to use recording software? Yes I have OBS and a few other recording software's that I can use if need be
