Holograms ?

I've been to a few different towns on Survival & Earth where players have colourful taxt holograms.
How do you access this perk/command?

Hey!

So you can make these by taking advantage of armor stand editor, which is an Elite perk! I'll go ahead and walk you through this below.

1. Place armor stand
2. Re-name name tag (can do /rename or anvil)
3. Right click armor stand with name tag
4. Right click a flint to open armor stand editor gui
5. Click the potion in gui to toggle armor stand visibility
6. Left click armor stand with flint to turn it invisible
