Owner bans me just because i demand a refund after an accidental purchase, its not breaking the rules so pathetic and speaking of I will be taking the owner to court if i dont get my 50$ back from banning me just because i couldnt refund an accidental purchase. On their store's TOS they have a clause that says there aren't any refunds, if you take them to court you will lose, you agreed to no refunds :p

how does one accidentally buy something? theres like 3 diffrent "are you sure" pop ups plus you need to type in your card and everything. I fear we arn't being truthful here and there is no need to shame manacube nor manalabs for your blunder.

Agreeing with what SirJakuIV said, it is VERY HARD to ¨accidentally¨ purchase something from the webstore.

First you would have to add whatever you want to your cart, then you would have to press the ¨checkout¨ button, then there is another screen that should say (don't quote me on this): Proceed to purchase. Then you would have to willfully put in your payment information, AND THEN agree with the TOS, then have to press another button before buying whatever you're trying to buy.

You are given around 6 chances to confirm/deny that you want to purchase whatever you put in your cart. You are threatening to sue a Minecraft server for something that you obviously MEANT to do.

unfortunately, it would probably just go to mediation, so it probably wouldn't even be seen as in public records, so we likely wouldn't hear anything of it, unless told by one of the parties involved.

A lot of servers, like this one, have a terms of service, one in which includes the 'no refund' policy. It is highly recommended that you are wary when making a purchase, to make sure it is the correct one and with the correct payment method. Unfortunately because it states this in their TOS, staff members cannot do anything.

If you even attempt to go through Tebex Support, unfortunately they will not do much. As it does clearly state that refunds are not permitted and will not receive a refund. Hardly any refunds get processed via Tebex. Always be wary of what you're doing and triple check before making a purchase.
