how do i un-sync my discord account?

my discord account got banned (from discord, not from the server) and im still synced into it, how do i un-sync?

Hey there! Usually to unsync your account you type !unsync in the bot channel on discord, however I think if you get banned on discord correct me if I'm wrong but it should just kick you and automatically unsync you but I'm not sure

yeah it got banned from discord but when i try to sync my new account it says "you are already synced" or somthing, i cant do !unsync because i am banned on that account
