I'm not sure if it's any different for Skyblock, but I'd imagine it'd just be the same as it is on Olympus since it's the same plugin... if you mean a chest shop, then here is a screenshot of Dacon's guide to it when he installed the plugin for Olympus. http://prntscr.com/mm1f8c I'll also link the original thread at the end of this post, hopefully it answers your question, lol.

First line you but ur user name
Second line you but B/S ... b if you sell something and s if you buy something then the number that you sell/buy for.
Third line but how many things you are selling/buying
4th like out the id of the item that you are selling/buying (ask in chat if u aren’t sure)

This will end up looking like this:
Mr__oak
B 250
64
Cactus

If you aren't sure on what the item code is you can hold the item and type /iteminfo.

As stated above you do:
(name)
B/S (amount of money they buy for, or you sell it for)
(the number of items you want to sell)
(the item you want to sell)
