How to get additional ranks such as Helper etc

I'm not saying I am going to appeal for a rank but i was wondering where to do it if I wanted to do it in the future. I would assume it's in the locked rank appeal (no duh) but I'm not rlly sure what to do there, do i just say 'I would like __ please' or what. It would be helpful if someone told me. Sorry if this was really obvious or something I just would like to know

the “helper” role is actually a role of our staff team here on manacube, if you feel you would make a good addition to the team and would like to apply, you can do so here:

the “locked rank appeal” is actually where players can appeal their account being locked on parkour (similar to a mute/ ban appeal)
