Hub glitches

I am currently unbanned on the hub, http://minevast.com/bans/index.php?action=viewplayer&player=pageth&server=5.
As you can see the current ban is none so I should be unbanned. Recently when I join mc.minevast.com it still says I am banned. Can a staff member fix this and find a way to get me back onto minevast. Thanks.

Like I said in your appeal, think about what you've done, maybe show some remorse, stop blaming staff members, and feel free to try again in a month.
