I beat my first parkour course today, if you're new to mana cube parkour I recommend the bookshelf course, it's fairly easy

Bookshelf is the GOAT of parkour race maps, very easy and fun to grind as well. I'd recommend maps such as cake and snowman which are fairly easy and similar to that of Bookshelf!

Good luck on your endeavors! Bookshelf is a pretty fun map, but along with Josh's recommendations I think you should try maps like Tower and Ghast, both pretty simple C:

Snowman is hands down the hardest map on manacube, I literally fall so much on that map

I find the small jumps satisfying to make for some reason, same with Ghast. Bookshelf is def the best race map tho ;p
