I bought a kit for survival and meant to get it for factions

I accidentally bought the slayer kit and 5 legendary keys for survival instead of for factions I am soooooo sad because I don't even play survival I meant to buy it for factions instead if any mods can help me please do

Hi! You can create a support ticket here - https://manacube.com/support/ but keep in mind items might not be able to be transferred. Survival's recommended version is 1.15.2, playing on versions lower than 1.13 usually won't let you join.

Please be patient D: 38 minutes is not a very long time... appeals can take hours or even days depending on the severity of the issue.
Also, just checked and you have not created a support ticket? Please double check you've sent one!
