i can not open my ancient chest

i recently bought vip on the manacube server and claimed my free monthly reward (the ancient key) i want to open it but i can't. i don't know what the problem is but i also don't see it in my inventory

i did select to give it to me on the parkour server but i don't have it there only in the map maker world but it is gone now there too
