I didn't get my gems and gold helm on parkourse

There's no parkourse forum so I'm just posting in here.
Anyways, I'm a VIP and I don't have my 500 gems or gold helmet on parkourse.
Also, do VIPS also get the Premium gems? That would be cool
Please give me my proper gems and my gold helmet :) thanks !

@Mariomash1VG Do /claim in game, click the link it will bring you to our Buycraft page, then click "Claim Parkourse Rank", type in your IGN and claim your proper rank. Enjoy the gems and helmet!!! Have a great day!!!
TIP: Make sure you type /claim on the parkour server.

the problem is that i GOT VIP while in beta and didnt get my gems or my gold helmet

You have to do /claim (rank) again to get your gems and helmet, it's a new system.

I had the same problem, eventually I got on when Dacon was (NOT AFK :p) and he gave me VIP.

./claim seems to work for many people but it just will not let me claim the rank :( please fix dacon
