I didn't get my "Good" rank, i am still on the "Noob" rank.

Well, this annoys me because i spent quite a while saving up all the gems needed to rankup to the "Good" rank and i didn't get it, i still have the "Noob" rank so yeah, please give me the "Good" rank, there will be a youtube link for the proof, as well, I died try relogging and i also restarted the game i did all of that and nothing changed.

Are you sure you didnt click another rank?

From noob, the next rank is rookie. You have to go through the ranks in order and cannot skip upgrading to any of them.

Have you even seen the video? I went from rookie to the next rank then to the next rank then to the next rank and then to the "Good" rank, and as well you can't skip ranks and from noob buying the "Good" rank, you have to go from "Noob" to "Good" which i did and it didn't give me it.
