I don't have all my Vast perks on Minevast

I've recently bought Vast but i don't have some perks from it....
In creative it says that Vast rank gets Underline,Strike,Reset,Italic,Bold, and obfuscated. i tried it out and it didn't work, is this a bug or what?
also on prison, i can't do /broadcast.
I am wondering if these are bugs or the things up there are what is supposed to happen and it changed the perks for Vast?

Underline,Strike,Reset,Italic,Bold, and obfuscated were all taken out shortly after the introduction of the permanent /color feature.

I had MOST of my perks on Parkour when I bought vast. I didn't have all the trails like I was supposed to, and my large amount of gems :c
