I got banned for being a bot??

I was playing skyblock normally and then these bots swarmed the chat and while i was farming the next thing i know i got banned for being a bot? Im not a bot im just new to the server. I really hope this can be reversed I was just starting to make some real progress on my skyblock. The staff member that banned me was IceJellyice hopefully he'll see this and can look into my account.
