I got banned for scamming ( and I'm the person who got scammed.....)

Yesterday I tried to trade with some1 I gave him a test profile he was okej with that and after that he buyed a profile and then he was crying scam this scam that.
So I gave him his cubits back because he said I'm going to report you(for no reason bcs it worked 1000000000% and he still got the password and email so i got scammed)
I have proof that i payed back his cubits its in the files down here and I got proof from the chat what was said before but I dont got the whole chat.

I found no proof for a reason my screenshot didn't save.
can you please check the evidence because what I'm saying is true because I've been scammed and I've given back his cubits.
I'd hate to be banned for no reason.
