I Lost Everything

So, I had just got onto the parkour server, and immediately noticed something out of place. I said my rank was Noob. A little while ago I had just ranked up to Skilled, so this made no sense. Then I was told that if I changed my name, I would lose my progress.

I had changed my name from Shancolby to Ayano__Aishi. I was rank Skilled, with 270 gems (I searched up Shancolby using /gems look (name) and saw 270). If you could please recover my lost progress, it would be much appreciated.

Im afraid we can not fix this for you, all progress is lost when you change your name. If you were too change your name back the old one you would get your progress back :P
