A few days ago I made a support ticket to get my score back as I lost it. A SRMOD said they would return the score. It has been like 2-3 days and I have still not received it back. Could anyone tell me when I will get it?
You can check on the status of the ticket. If it says "waiting on admin" or "open" then they are working on it.
If it doesnt say something like that, leave a comment/reply asking for an update. Sometimes staff get distracted or busy and forget.
