I tried purchasing the glass hat a few days ago, but all it did was put a glass block in my hot bar and I can't do anything with it. I tried again, only to receive a second glass block. Is there any way to fix this? Here is a picture of the glass selected in my hot bar.

Heya! While holding the glass block in your hand type /hat and it should be put on your head! :D

but that raises the question, do i get a refund for the second hat? I got the glass hat and yet paid for it twice

I don't think staff will refund it for you as it seems like a player mistake. The best idea would be to sell one on /ah and hope that someone will buy it.
