islands not working?

ive come in for a few days now, and islands isnt working or wont allow anyone to get in.
is it coming back up?

really would like an answer to this hoping staff sees it. as i just bought a ton of stuff for this game like pvip and other things with it.
if its not coming back want refund pls

Islands was down for some time, however Dakota was able to bring it back up!
