Hello, I have the vip since 3 week I think, but I can't claim my monthly reward! It say "The required packages for that package have not been met. " I don't understand why I can't have it... Please help me

Hi! So if your having problems with key claiming I would suggest making a support ticket to get some help. I’m not sure there might be a one month wait before you can claim the keys. I’m not sure about that tho.
