Kicked For Flying?

Every time I try to login into the parkour servers, I get kicked for flying? I think it might be because my Internet went out and I was falling when it happened, but is there any way to fix this?

Usually getting kicked for flying when you're not, is your connection issue. If the server lags (from your connection) mid-jump or spawning in it will count you as flying.
You will log in but the chunks wont load client side so the server recognizes it as flying.
These may be some reasons:

Any mods installed? Forge may cause some lag?
Whats your internet speeds? (www.speedtest.net)
Gaming computer? pop some specs: RAM, CPU, GPU, Windows Version.
Have you tried backing up your saves folder and reinstalling Minecraft? (run vanilla)
Have you updated java recently?
Look in Add/Remove programs. are there old versions of java installed?
