I'll try to not make this a full on rant but a lot of criticism needs to be made for everything revolving around Kit PvP.

Over the past 2 years, the main issue where the server constantly freezes ( along with other, yet less major bugs ) has not been dealt with. I really dont see how such a big issue still remains to be fixed.

There are 3 possible reasons why this is the case.
A: The reason behind the lag spikes is actually really complicated, and the logistical problems with fixing the issue will take years
B: The higher up staff are incompetent. The reason why the issue hasn't been fixed is that the top end ownership and management are useless.
C: I think this is definitely the most likely reason. From a business perspective, Kit PvP doesnt bring the same revenue as the likes of parkour and other more popular game modes. Therefore there inst an incentive or any motivation to resolve any issue kit pvp faces.

Dacon really should put this on his to do list as kit pvp could make a lot more money if it worked properly.

To be fair, parkour hasn't been updated in awhile. We don't even have a legendary or perk chest, and there are a few amazing champ maps that are waiting to be added, as well as droppers that our map manager can't add himself. /log was broken for a long time, and was just fixed this past week. While our parkour server has a lot of potential, it's definitely not the moneymaker you make it out to be.

Aside from that, I think one of the issues is that the server only has so many admins, and a single owner to address these problems. The arrival of the QA team which is coming soon should help alleviate smaller bugfixes ahead of time in the future, so tackling larger problems can be done more efficiently.

Yes I totally agree, If they fix kitpvp it would probably have a good player count and bring in more people and the things they added makes it a good game mode. they just need to fix the lag issue

+1 Kit pvp is almost unplayable. Very annoying to play.
U type so many words u dont even know what they meaan just to seem smart? Anyway, i do not agree. Staffa are there and trying to fix bugs. The problem is, kitpvp is dead. It dosent worth the time.
Alrighty bud. First of all don't call a server "dead" if it still gets a constant 3 tabs of people in the afternoon. Just because most of the server population doesn't play kit, doesn't mean its dead. Secondly, learn how to spell, or at least proof read. Like really? This isn't texting actually spell out "you" you shouldn't just be putting "u". Third, if a game mode isn't "worth the time" take it off the server completely. If kit pvp is still up, that means they care about it at least a tiny little bit. This concludes to what I finally want to say, even though you don't know those "big" words, does not mean he doesn't. How can you even know/judge what playing the game is like if your never one. I have looked at your other posts on peoples applications and you are very childish. I don't think you have any room to talk when it comes to a subject like this.

There already has been significant improvements to the lag spikes this week

I only see a 1 second lag spike once every 5-10 minutes now. I know this is still very crucial for pvp but it is a definite improvement

Once skyblock is released we will have dev time free'd up to continue improving

Another issue that's not simple to fix is ping. Half of kit players are from Europe, while the servers and proxies are in Canada.. We will look into adding an EU proxy, but that will only help a little.

I totally agree with you on this topic. I think that because the lag on the server people are scared to jump down in diamond sets. Therefore it just leads them to quit the server and not enjoy it at all. I think that if you guys as staff increase the amount of priority on kitpvp it could become a great server with many players. People will start to enjoy it. The lag is not the only issue. You guys need to install a good anti-cheat. I can't even tell you how many times I have been anti-cheated because it thinks im cheating, but on the other hand people who are actually cheating stay on the servers for months at a time without being noticed by the staff or the anti-cheat. In all I think the server could end up being as good as some people think it already is. I understand the staff is trying hard to give equal respect to all prospects of Manacube but if you guys could focus 1 at a time I think the server could end up being way better. This also gives more money to Dacon if he really wants it that badly.

The server laggs alot more than once every 5-10 min, also, the anticheat is a gamebreaker, idk if its lagg or AC but i get stuck in the floor so much, it even kicked me out of the server and killed me ingame because i couldnt move.
not only that, when ur aim is too smooth the hit registration turns off, which is just really frustrating especially when the anticheat doesn't even work good against people who are actually cheating.

I'd recommend getting a BETTER anticheat, one that practice servers use, and a better host if thats a possibility.

Dacon this is simply not true about the lag spikes, they last for a lot longer and happen more frequently than that. People often freeze and get killed while this is happening which is a frustrating experience

I dont think it would be a good idea adding an eu proxy as it wont get enough players to sustain it. This is not an issue with people getting high ping, it is the server gets an inconsistent connection which results in these constant freezes.
