Lost My Donor Rank, Staff Please Help!

I have not been on this server in a few months and when i came back on i realized i wasn't [Iron] rank in prison anymore. Could this be because of a reset or something? I don't know if there is a way to check all of the donations but i did donate to get the [Iron] rank in prison a while ago, someone please help, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. i don't know if the staff remembers me, i used to play all of the time on this server about 2-3 years ago, i was in some livestreams. But before anyone asks i do not have screenshots, the payment on the rank was a while ago and i have a new computer, also i could have never seen this problem occuring, why would i take a random picture of my payment to [Iron] rank

There is a "OG" Tag that u can claim on Prison/Aether if u bought something on the store before a certain date the Og tag looks really nice in my opinion.
