Lost my rank

a couple months ago i got vip+ and i stopped playing minecraft for a couple months and when i came back to the server i lost my rank. How do i get it back?

Hey,
Depending on the server you are on, you may need to re-claim your vip+ rank.
You can do this by going to the store, clicking claim package, then reclaim the rank you previously had, (shortcut) here is the link
if this does not help you will need to contact a staff member!
