Make marry chat completely private

I've made the mistake many times of trying to say something in /marry chat when the person I'm married to went offline or to a different gamemode. When your partner isn't online anything said in /marry chat goes to public chat. This can definitely be problematic when trying to speak privately to your partner. I suggest making it so that even when your partner is offline, your message still goes to marry chat and not public chat.

Yes! It makes no sense to me to censor something when it's not going to public chat, and if we make marry chat completely private even when partners aren't online we won't have to worry about uncensored bad words going into public chat.
