Usually, one Staff takes on the Appeal and puts it reviewing to discuss it with the Staff Team. The process itself shouldn't take too long but it depends on each individual, as well as the Staff's Schedule (IRL, etc.). It can be pushed back sometimes but if that's the case don't be shy to shoot the staff that handles your appeal a little message on discord/forums.
