Well, thats allergies for you.

What I do is I take a hot shower and when I am finished, go into a cold room

The Temperature change can usually break a stuffy nose [for a small bit]

Man my family - Dad and brother to be specific, have real bad allergies and they get triggered by a lot of different things. Luckily for me I got my moms genes and I don’t have bad allergies whatsoever and I don’t really have to deal with that type of stuff, but hey allergies be allergies ya know:(
