My Trail Isn't Working

I need help. One of my priorities on the parkour server is to buy all of the trails. However, when I purchased a trail, the BreadCrumbs trail. I tried the commandL "/trail breadcrumb", yet it says I don't have permissions to do this. I am very upset and I would like for this to work or a refund. Thank you for reading,
