imo the titles and voting should be server exclusive.
this could massively help with aesthetics and matching titles, bought ranks, and (for example) parkour ranks. having the titles/voting on the entire server inflates the voting massively, if it was just parkour exclusive (or whatever server), players could keep in mind the ranks like demigod, god, etc, when creating titles and so they would look better with parkour ranks. we have no idea what the other ranks are on other servers, so some good titles that would be best in parkour might not get the votes cus a certain other title would look good in survival, for example, which would get more votes. additionally, making titles with parkour terms wouldnt make sense since the voting is general, but if it was exclusive, titles can implement some parkour terms as well which would make it even more fun.
another point is hex names. parkour is 1.8, where hex names wont work (mario crate is an example). some titles would look better in hex, but bad normally, and therefore will not get the votes.
