Just to clarify if Manacube wasn’t EULA compliant Mojang would deal with it, it’s also one of the most prominent networks on minecraft, also I’m not even sure European law is pertinent to a server located in North America.

Mojang no longer enforces its server EULA and doesn't really care if servers break it. Pretty much every server breaks EULA in one way or another, so it's not a big deal.

PS. this isn't European law, it's the Mojang EULA which isn't bound to any specific regions and only applies to the game.
