On a Quest for Tulips

Hey y'all!!
I'm searching for tulips. At first I thought that there weren't any and that they weren't obtainable but Crim came to decorate my island and gave me 2 of them. She can't remember where she got them though. I've been switching biomes trying to find them but I haven't been able to come across one. If anyone knows what biome or where I could find tulips could you please let me know? I don't need them for anything I just want them for decoration.

Tulips are most common in flower forest, which I don't think is on the /biome list. They are also found in plains biomes which are in /biomes, but they are rare.
