on operation: op crackdown.
What does this mean?
This means to ALL people on creative and other servers who have op shops, we are coming for you. Op items are HACKED items which can result in bans for players. Op items are not just weapons, but there are op food items, armor, troll potions, you name it.
What is our primary goal?
Our goal is to get rid of the op items on servers. If you have an op shop, you better watch out.
Where is our HQ located?
That is undecided and will be kept secret.
Who is in it?
That is kept secret unless the names of the people want to be released on their own discretion (reply to this thread)
What type of team are we talking about?
The team is mainly a task-force to go around and seek out op players and shops.
Who can or How can you join?
Well this team will be kept small so there won't be large crowds trying to join. There is no application or anything of that matter. Staff are eligible to join anytime they please, just alert me by /msg or /mail. Some staff will be asked to join, but that decision is up to them whether they want to or not. Note to players: Do not bug me "Can I join?" or "ACCEPT ME PLEASE I WANT IN" because the answer to that is NO and don't think about spamming me or my tps because that will make it worse, plus you can get punished for it. Also you will be ignored permanently if you bug me.
How long will this take to remove all op items, shops, players?
That is unknown at this time, but with server resets, that clears your inventory.
What will happen to players with op items?
That is up to staff, but some do it like this (seen in creative):
User of op item UNLESS it is given to staff for evidence: clearing of inventory
Shop owner: Not known at this time
Supplier: Not known at this time
Creator: If proven, moat likely a temp ban or perm ban but that is decided by staff.
Skyblock/Kit-PVP/Skywars/Factions/ Prison:
Holder/user: most likely a ban
Supplier: Most likely a ban
Creator: Ban, no doubt about that. Again, this is up to the staff.
Suggestions: Input Auto-Ban to pick hacked clients and ban them, which the time for the auto ban can be set for all the different bans.
Also, players report any op shops or op killings to staff so they can deal with the problem.
