There's already a few maps that are themed around street scenes, so I find it unlikely that your map will be accepted. If you want to know what themes aren't taken, I'd recommend using This

The theme is unoriginal as we have maps with a street theme already. Before creating a map, please make sure that your theme has not already been done before by checking the map list here.
The build is accurate to what you were going for with some nice detail, so well done!
The parkour is a concern. Overall it is a bit inconsistent for the difficulty with some jumps being quite easy and some being more difficult. Make sure your map is well balanced to fit one difficulty! The parkour in this map is a bit confusing at points, so make sure you have a clear path for players to follow.
