Parkour Rank problem

Hello, I needed help with my rank. I have asked a mod and a few helpers about this, but they never responded. I changed my ign to aflatfatpie (my old one was LadySul) And that took away my rank. I wasn't aware that this would happen and I can't change my ign for another month. I was a Good rank and now I'm back to noob. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you!

EDIT: I changed my name today too and lost all of my gems so hopefully I can get mine back when you do. I'll make sure staff sees this thread.

ok what you have to do is go to minevast shop then click claim rank and put your new IGN
