/prefix doesnt work

I have noticed that when i do /prefix on manapvp and choose something it just doesn't do it.
I won a gray /prefix color and cant use it.
pls fix admins

Hey! to my knowledge, issues with /prefix are known by the admins, and do seem to be a global issue.

I would strongly suggest making a ticket here so an admin can hopefully look into this for you. Include the video you attached here, as well as any proof that you won the prefix colour in the event an admin can give you this perk manually.
