I'm sure everyone loves to have private chest, but having the signs to make it private isn't that good. Players have been trying to label their chest but cant really label it because when they right click, it makes the chest private. On previously servers I've seen a /lock command to lock chest or to unlock the chest, maybe this would work out better.
