Probleme with donator rank

Hi,

I won the summer giveaway contest, and one of the things it comes with is all the trails, but when I joined the server, I went to pick out a tall, only to waste alot of gems for no reason, because I though I had them all free. I need help to get my gems back and to unlock all the trails.

I have Vast and none of the trails are free for me except the rain trails, those are the only trails you get for free with a donator rank.

No I got the sponsor rank and it clearly says all trails.

I don't think you get all of the extra stuff when you win a giveaway.

Well now because of Eula there is now 2 ranks rather than the amount before. #BlameEula
