Purchase Item and Cubits Not Received

I bought 3 ancient keys for $2.40 but it has been over half an hour (and the store says a max wait time of 15 minutes) and I have not received my keys. I also had a problem this morning of not receiving any cubits after voting this morning. Thanks in advance for any help. And yes I have been online during these periods.

Were you still charged for the keys? If so a screenshot would probably be helpful. Did you receive any vote keys with the cubits?

As you can see, I was charged for the ancient keys. With the voting I received 3 of the 4 vote keys and no cubits.

I recommend putting the time it happened, what server, and any screenshots you have including this one.
