REMOVE BLIND ENCHANT

Custom Enchant Blind III is way too broken, it gives blidness 3/4 which makes your screen completly black for serveral seconds.
Please make it last like 1-2 second with lower proc rates and make it like blindess 1/2 as this is beyond broken.
And no i am not saying this cuz i got destroyed, i am saying this cuz i just pvped guy where we both had blindess swords.
We were both 24/7 blinded and literally played on luck.

makes it more luck based and not skill based. although more people on manacube prefer luck based since not many people are good, skill based ces should be more implemented and debuff ces should be removed as it attracts more skilled players making it more competetive
