I had a hero's bow like 3 days before season 9 happened before reset I stored it in /vault it was like 6 hrs before the reset, now after reset I opened my vault and there is no bow I don't know what happened I have proof that I have the bow but it just disappeared if you need to see the screenshot message me on discord . zzxa#7672 thank you.

You probably want to make a ticket if you want a high chance of getting it back

Heyo! Sucks to hear that you lost your heros bow, if you want to try to get it back, you should make a ticket here. Hopefully you have some evidence of you acquiring the bow or else you might not get it back!
