since 1.8 has lapis needed for enchanting you should get a plugin so that you dont lapis as its 500$ for 2 pieces just for upgrading your pick i think it will make the skyblock better
May lower the price of lapis, but will not disable lapis enchanting. 1.8 enchanting is much more easier and cheaper, thus removing lapis would make things way too easy.
