Skyblock Store Purchase.

A player needed help with his store purchase. His In game username is thibaut971 .
He purchased an Iron Golem Spawner in store, 8 days ago.
He sent me his picture of the email.

Any help would be appreciated.
(He is a French Player, so I was the only one able to comprehend and communicate with);)

Hey I'm sorry to hear that there's been an issue, I would make sure he bought the spawner for the right server first! You can buy iron golem spawners for Islands, Survival, and Skyblock, so I would suggest having him go onto each of those servers to see if he maybe bought it for the wrong one. If that doesn't work, it could be possible that his inventory was full when he got it, and it could have dropped on the ground without him knowing. I hope this problem gets resolved :)
